About Keenon XMAN-R1

KEENON Robotics' XMAN-R1 brings the company's 15 years of commercial service robot experience into the humanoid form factor, targeting the hospitality sector where KEENON has deployed over 100,000 robots across 60+ countries. The XMAN series represents KEENON's bet that service industry expertise translates to humanoid success.

The XMAN-R1 features approximately 30+ degrees of freedom with articulated arms, legs, hands, torso, and neck. Designed for service tasks rather than heavy industry, the robot handles estimated 20 kg payloads with human-like proportions optimized for seamless customer interaction. The platform demonstrates stable, human-like gait for natural movement in hospitality environments.

Powering XMAN-R1 is KEENON's self-developed KOM2.0, described as the world's first Vision-Language-Action (VLA) model for the service industry. Multimodal fusion perception, spatial awareness, and domain-specific knowledge graphs enable understanding and execution of high-level human commands. The robot takes orders, prepares food, delivers items, and collects dishes autonomously.

KEENON deployed XMAN-R1 at Shangri-La hotels, pioneering what the company calls the first general-purpose plus special-purpose robot collaboration model. The XMAN-F1 variant served drinks at the World AI Conference, demonstrating medical station, lounge bar, and performance applications. KEENON's market-leading position in commercial service robotics provides deployment channels and operational experience that pure humanoid startups lack.
