About Xiao Tuo

TOPSTAR Group's 'Xiao Tuo' debuted at the company's 2025 Global Open Day as the first humanoid robot specifically designed for injection molding production lines. A groundbreaking application that has completed multiple verification rounds in real factory environments. The Guangdong-based industrial automation leader brings decades of manufacturing expertise to humanoid development.

Xiao Tuo is a wheeled humanoid featuring a four-wheel steering system capable of 360-degree omnidirectional movement. Its modular design allows the body and arms to be fully detachable. The robot can separate at the waist to function as a standalone humanoid, while each arm can operate independently as a robotic arm. This flexibility enables various deployment configurations.

Powered by a self-developed AI large model with 3,352 TOPS computing capacity integrated with Zhipu AI, Xiao Tuo can reason through complex tasks using chain-of-thought processing and adapt to real factory environments. 3D cameras and AI vision inspection systems identify injection-molded part yields in real-time, enabling autonomous handling of tasks like tray loading, sorting, material handling, and screw assembly.

Core components are processed by TOPSTAR's subsidiary Aifumi using the DMU400 five-axis CNC machine tool with self-developed spindles and GTRT gear-driven cradle turntable technology, achieving precision greater than one-third the thickness of a human hair. Mechanical end jitter suppression control technology provides key technical support for large-scale humanoid deployment. Visitors at the launch event controlled Xiao Tuo using VR and handheld controllers.
