About SkyWalker 2

EIR Technology's SkyWalker 2 (Tianxingzhe No. 2) represents a major advancement from the Sichuan-based company that launched the province's first commercial humanoid robot prototype in just 69 days. Standing 165 cm tall and weighing 55 kg, SkyWalker 2 features an impressive 55 degrees of freedom, enabling highly realistic human-like movement.

Founded in September 2024, EIR (Sichuan Embodied Humanoid Robot Technology Co., Ltd.) leverages research resources from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, the Sichuan Institute of Machinery Research & Design, and the Tianfu Jiangxi Laboratory. The company has achieved over 90% localization of core components, with fully self-developed high-compact integrated joints and robust motion control algorithms.

Compared to its predecessor. The SkyWalker 1 at 165 cm tall, 50 kg, with 1.5-hour battery life. SkyWalker 2 offers major upgrades in performance, perception, interaction, and spatial intelligence. The enhanced bionic structure enables more natural movement patterns while improved control algorithms provide superior stability across varied terrain.

EIR's technologies are already deployed in real-world settings including factories and industrial parks, where robots perform equipment inspection and intelligent service operations. By end of 2025, the company plans to introduce 'Ai Qiu EMO1,' a companion-focused humanoid featuring EIR's proprietary emotion recognition system capable of interpreting micro-expressions, contextual cues, and tactile feedback for human-like interaction.
