PaXini's TORA-ONE is a tactile humanoid robot that captured global attention at CES 2026 by autonomously making ice cream, handling levers, ingredients, and cup delivery without human intervention. Founded in 2021 in Shenzhen, PaXini specializes in high-precision tactile perception and embodied AI, positioning TORA-ONE as one of the most touch-sensitive humanoids available.
Standing up to 1.86 meters tall with dynamically adjustable height down to 1.46 meters, TORA-ONE features 47 degrees of freedom including 21 for the body and 26 for its four-fingered bionic dexterous hands. The robot incorporates nearly 2,000 high-precision tactile sensors and over 7,800 tactile channels, enabling it to perceive pressure, friction, softness, and temperature with human-like sensitivity. Force sensing resolution reaches 0.01 newtons across the full measurement range with 15 sensing dimensions.
The second-generation TORA-ONE features the DexH13 GEN2 dexterous hand. The industry's first integrating multi-dimensional tactile sensing with AI vision, with nearly a thousand tactile sensors in each fingertip alone. Five monocular and two depth cameras combined with advanced SLAM navigation and LiDAR provide comprehensive 360-degree environmental awareness.
TORA-ONE can carry up to 10 kg and move at speeds up to 25 km/h, with an energy-efficient system providing up to 8 hours of operation per charge. Its modular design supports customization for industrial manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and construction applications where dexterous manipulation and tactile feedback are essential.
