About Walker Tienkung

The UBTECH Walker Tienkung (Tiangong Walker) is a full-size humanoid robot jointly developed by UBTECH and the Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center, positioned as the industry first research-grade humanoid robot under RMB 300,000 (approximately $41,310).

Standing 172cm tall with an anthropomorphic design, the Walker Tienkung features 42 degrees of freedom and supports 10km/h sprinting along with complex movements. Its 300Nm peak torque proprietary integrated joint modules deliver exceptional performance, while aerospace-grade aluminum and titanium alloy construction ensures lightweight durability with structural strength and impact resistance.

The modular, expandable design supports core humanoid robot components including depth cameras, LiDAR, NVIDIA Orin computing board, six-axis force sensors, collaborative dual-arm systems, and dexterous hands. Computing power can be expanded up to 550 TOPS (Tera Operations Per Second).

Designed for academic research, education, and secondary development, the Walker Tienkung offers full access to motor, sensor, and motion control interfaces, along with development guides and sample code. It supports custom programming, AI algorithm experimentation, and intelligent automation workflows.

Two variants are available: the Voice and Vision Humanoid Robot at $65,000 and the Embodied Intelligence Humanoid Robot at $115,000. Deliveries started in the second quarter of 2025, targeting research labs, educational institutions, and industrial applications.
